We Offer Three Solutions
All sites built by Web-Volution are Search Engine Optimized (SEO). This simply means that each site is
designed to be found when prospective customers use key words and phrases on search engines such as
Google and Yahoo. Since 80% of shoppers performing searches for services (not by company name) don't look
past page 2, we believe that a site is under-performing unless it can be found on pages 1 or 2. We practice what
we believe by offering a guarantee to our clients. If your site is not ranked on pages 1 or 2 with Google or Yahoo
within 3 months using a relevant search phrase, you may cancel the site and any remaining payments!
Single Page Solution
Our most popular site is a single page site that provides a range of information on the business. Why only one
page? Simple. It presents the right amount of information to the prospect; it's easiest to navigate; and it's the least
expensive solution for the client. Often times this site features "click through" attachments such as pdf
documents, menus, maps, photos, catalogs, etc. Click on the links in the red box to see examples of our

Multiple Page Solution
Many companies, due the number of locations or product segments they offer, need multiple pages to present
their business. During our interview process we listen to the client's needs and then recommend the scope of
web site that we feel will best serve their needs. An example of a multiple page site is listed under the
"Informational" button in the red column (this site, of course, is also multi-paged).
Placement Page Solution
Often times a company (like a start-up) is budget-restricted. To meet this client's needs, we often recommend a
Placement Page Solution. This is a one-page site but much smaller and with less content and "bells and
whistles" - and also less expensive - than the standard Single Page Solution. We design these sites so that the
client at a later date can upgrade when finances permit and pay only the upgrading costs.
We recommend the most cost effective site that still meets the goals of the client.
How We Work
One goal we have is that we want to design and produce an effective, quality site and maintain it without taxing the
client's time. We find it easy and efficient to work long distance with clients while still offering true customization.
Once the scope and price have been established we will send the client via email our agreement and worksheet.
We often met in person if the client is convenient to Hattiesburg, but otherwise we will use a telephone interview
using the worksheet as a guide. This normally takes no more that 30 minutes. Because of our principal's
consulting background, we are able to quickly determine the parameters for the site during this interview.
Normally single page sites are designed and published within 2 weeks. We recommend that the client "live with
the site" for a couple of weeks and then provide us with feedback about any changes. Of course we immediately
correct any errors or major omissions. As part of our service we monitor the site monthly to insure that it is ranked
and stays ranked. We also make minor changes for the client without additional cost.
Our Pricing and Terms
Most clients elect a 12 to 15 month payment term. Initial payments range from about 15 to 30 percent of the site
cost with the balance spread over the term. Included in the monthly payment is a monitoring fee. Most single
paged sites will cost less than $100 per month including our monitoring fee and Directory Enhancement
services (see the SEO Solutions page).
